2. Message Retention Policy

Our system allows users to "delete" messages from the chat interface. Please be advised:

            Deleting a message removes it from the global chat view, but the data remains stored in our secure system logs for a period of 12 months.
        

This retention is necessary to comply with legal requirements and to assist law enforcement in the event of criminal investigations or platform misuse.

3. Liability & User Conduct

Users are solely responsible for the content they share. The service provider does not monitor private conversations and disclaims all liability for user-generated content. Use of this platform for illegal activities, harassment, or threats is strictly prohibited.

4. Cookies

We use only essential technical cookies required for the chat to function (session tokens and Pusher authentication). We do not use tracking, profiling, or third-party marketing cookies.

5. Law Enforcement Disclosure

We reserve the right to disclose collected data (IP addresses and message logs) to competent legal authorities upon receiving a valid legal request or court order.
